Cancel your subscription or delete your account

Cancel your subscription in the app or on the website, at any time to the end of the term. Until then you keep all features; afterwards your account continues as Free.

Cancel in the app

1. Open ParusVoice and choose “Account”.
2. Click “Cancel subscription”.
3. Confirm with “Cancel subscription”.

The dialog shows the date your subscription ends. If you cancel during the trial, the trial ends and you pay nothing. If you change your mind, choose “Undo cancellation” in the account. “Manage subscription” opens the payment portal.

Cancel on the website

At the bottom of every page of the website is “Cancel your subscription”.

1. Enter the email address of your account and choose “Request cancellation link”.
2. Open the link from the email.
3. Choose “Cancel now”. You get a confirmation by email.

Delete your account

1. In ParusVoice, choose “Account” > “Delete account” and then “Continue”.
2. Type your email address to confirm.
3. Choose “Permanently delete account”.

This deletes your history, your dictionary, your text snippets and your profile, on your Mac and on our servers. A running subscription has to end first: cancel it, and the account can be deleted after the end of the term. Deleting ends a running trial immediately and at no cost.

Just sign out

“Sign out” in the “Account” section leaves your history on your Mac. “Sign out & delete history” also removes it.
